Daddy Yankee acaba de lanzar su nuevo video musical llamado "El Ritmo No Perdona". La verdad que me sorprendi cuando vi el video, ya que era algo que no me esperaba. La cancion es de un ritmo mas energico y nuevo, ningun cantante tiene un estilo asi como es la de esta cancion. Daddy Yankee's movie (Telento De Barrio) debut has smashed box office records in Puerto Rico. An estimated 12,000 fans turned out to see the movie when it debuted last week.

I haven't seened it but plan to in the weekend. Many people have already told me the movie was great so Daddy Yankee made a mayor hit with this.

I wasn't surprized that the movie turned out to be good since it has been in the making for more then 3 years.

For those who are to lazy to see it, i will summarize it for you. Daddy Yankee did a great live performance at Bolivia, it was full, people where dancing and having a dam good time. Overall, it was another successful concert by Yankee.

Daddy Yankee And The Latin Grammys

A few days ago Daddy Yankee performed live at the Latin Grammy's. He sang the song "ella me levanto", and to tell you the truth, the performance wasn't perfect. The dancers in back of Yankee were lost and Daddy Yankee was singing out of tone in some parts of the song. But it was still a pretty nice performance.

Also, many people (not me) didn't like how he was dressed, they said he looked like a old man. What they don't understand is that the theme of the song is like that, kind of old fashion, thats why in the music video of "ella me levanto" he was also dressed like this.

One thing that i noticed was that Daddy Yankee gained a considerable amount of weight.

Well, you guys have my opinion on the Grammy's, whats yours?

Ok guys, the album El Cartel has been out for several months and its selling pretty dam good. Here is the strange part, Daddy Yankee thought he was going to make a big hit with the song Impacto "he even spent 500k on the music video". But the song that really got popular is "Ella Me Levanto".

Hey guys, well i have some thing to say about Daddy Yankee and unfortunately its not good. The other day Yankee was in a radio station and he was receiving phone calls from fans. A little girl talked to Yankee and everything seem good, but the host of the show said what would you like Daddy Yankee to give you as a present?

The little girl was a little shy and didn't know what to say, so the host told Daddy Yankee to give her free tickets to his concert and Yankee responded by saying that he wasn't going to give her free tickets and that the host of the show should pay for it.

I was stunned by Daddy Yankee's reaction, I never knew Daddy Yankee was like this. Common guys, were talking about a famous artist that has more then 50 million in the bank. Why in hell would he not give the girl a $30 ticket.

I don't know what Daddy Yankee was thinking, maybe he was high or something but one thing is for sure, he should apologize and give her the free tickets because the fans are pissed off at him.

Yankee sorry I had to say this, but one i see something wrong I have to mention it here.

El Cartel Review

Well as soon as El Cartel came out, I purchased it on itunes. What do i think of it? 2 words, Quedo Cabr-n. The album has 21 tracks and all of them are great, it shows Daddy Yankee worked his ass of for this.

My top five favorite songs are of course the intro (best intro of any reggaeton cd in my opinion), Impacto, Bring It On (with Akon), Sony Lo Que Soy and my favorite of all is "Todos Quieren a Ramon".

The phrase I most liked about the song "Todos Quieren a Ramon" is when Daddy Yankee says "Lo qu tu digas de mi... me tiene sin cojones, creeme que ando por ahi gozando de mis milliones". Quedo bien guillao.

Overall, Daddy Yankee made this album with a whole new style and on top of that, included famous international artist, the end result is of course a top seller. I should remind you guys that Daddy Yankees is the only reggaeton artist to sell in the millions.

Daddy Yankee has been released from hospital after falling ill with an intestinal virus.

Ramon Ayala was hospitalized on Friday for a viral infection and dehydration, forcing him to miss Puerto Rican Day Parade festivities in New York at the weekend.

Dr. Javier Perez Fernandez says the rapper arrived at Florida's Miami Baptist Hospital "very ill" and was suffering from "acute viral symptoms that gave him gastritis casing him to be dehydrated.

But the 30 year old's condition improved considerably over the weekend and he checked out of hospital on Monday - although he was still fatigued as he was pushed to a waiting car in a wheelchair.

Outside the hospital, Daddy Yankee told reporters his hospital stay was "a forced vacation", adding that he would take a week out of his work schedule to fully recover at home in Puerto Rico.

I hope Daddy Yankee can get back to normal soon and this really is something that surprised me a lot, from my understanding, Daddy Yankee hasn't been a a hospital for years, his last time in one - was when he got shot in the leg.

Like i said a few days ago, there were rumors of Yankee having an affair. I just heard from a trusted source that indeed this rumor is true. Daddy Yankee does have, or at least had an affair with one of his dancers. And i think you guys know pretty will who the dancer is. Yes, the dancer who was with Yankee is the girl that says "Gasolina".

No wonder she appeared so many times in the music video. I know its not right for Yankee to have done this, but it was a mistake. We all make mistakes in our life, even famous artist like Daddy Yankee.

From what i hear, it seems that Daddy Yankee's wife has forgiven him for what he did, so i guess everything is now OK.

Daddy Yankee a few days ago won a Grammy for best artist of the year, in the once a year event Premio Lo Nuestro. Daddy Yankee said,"I'm very proud for winning this award, i want to thank all my fans for supporting me.

What i found strange was that Daddy Yankee didn't do a live performance.

Guess who was in the same event as Daddy Yankee? Yes, the famous Don Omar. He also won a Grammy and did a live performance with Victor Manuelle.

When I saw Don Omar I was surprised because he looked very slim. It seems Don Omar lost a large amount of weight.

That's why a few days ago he went to a hospital called Centro Medico in Puerto Rico were he spend time with children who have cancer and other conditions. Daddy was all day with these children and they were extremely happy to see him.

Daddy Yankee also donated thousands of dollars to this hospital. This shows that Daddy Yankee is a true humble person with a big heart. Thats why he has millions of fans from around the world who are always going to be by his side no matter what.

As some of you already know, Hector the Father did a mayor concert over at his country Puerto Rico. It was a huge success and more then 18,000 people attended. But little did these people know that Hector the Father was going to bring a surprised guest, which was the king of reggaeton Daddy Yankee.

Not only did Yankee sing, but he dedicated a song specifically for Don Omar, saying that Don Omar was no king and that Barrio Fino En Directo sold much more albums then Kings of kings. The lyrics that Daddy Yankee threw at Don Omar were hot. I hope Don Omar doesn't feel to bad about it, especially when Hector said Omar was the king of Burger King, lol.

Daddy Yankee according to the Billboard magazine, is the artist Latino of the year with most album sells of all time, thanks to Barrio Fino en Directo.

The ones who were left behind were famous artist like Shakira and RBD. So, its the Boricua Daddy Yankee who had the most album sells betting more then 50 other artist. Yankee should be celebrating right now. Thanks to his great talented, now he can have the life he always dream of.

According to some sources, Daddy Yankee is worth about 50 million dollars! Could you guys believe this. Its pretty incredible considering that back when he was young he didn't even have $60 to buy some shoes.

Yankee is going to be even more rich with is upcoming album Cartel. But, the great thing i like about Yankee is that even if he has millions of dollars, he still maintains his humbleness, not like other artist who think they are better then the rest.

2007 Great For Daddy Yankee

You maybe asking yourself why Daddy Yankee has not been doing anything lately, well Yankee is preparing himself for one of the busiest years of his career, which is 2007. Daddy Yankee, like i said before is launching his album El Cartel, which he made with other famous artist like Pussy Cat Doll's, 50 Cent, Black Eyed Peas, and others.

Also, Yankee is almost finished with his Paramount movie "Talento De Barrio", Daddy Yankee says he is very excited with this movie and he hopes that it does well. I have seen a short clip of the movie and it does look great.

And if it wasn't enough, Daddy Yankee also is lunching some new shoes, cloths, and sneakers for early 2007.

Well there are rumors that Daddy Yankee is about to release his new album after December. Yankee says that this album is going to go platinum, he is very confident that we are going to like this album more then Barrio Fino En Directo.

Daddy Yankee Mad At The Press

Daddy Yankee is really mad at the press because a well known program, showed pictures of him and his family in the Miami airport.

This all happen when Yankee was going to Mexico for a trip he had in the city. What Yankee didn't like is that the photographer took pictures of his wife.

Daddy Yankee said, "I am raised in a different form and its weird for me to see them want to take photos of my family."

"If they follow me, then i don't care, but my family doesn't have to be in this"

"I know I'm a artist and this happens to all other artist, but i want them to leave my family alone because there is bad people out there that can do them harm"

In my opinion they should not take pictures of his family. That's Daddy Yankee's personal life and it should not be permitted. They can take all the pictures they want of Yankee because he is a public figure, but not of his wife and kids because it's just wrong.

Daddy Yankee did a private concert in the Arena Pier 10. Pepsi was doing a contest, and the people who won, had the chance to be in the private concert.
